About the role

We’re looking for a high-impact generalist to work directly with the Founder & Leadership team on strategic, cross-functional, and growth initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and collaboration — ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-scaling environments and wants to work across Product, GTM, and Investor functions

What You’ll Do

Drive strategic alignment and execution across Product, Tech, Sales, and Marketing.
Manage cross-functional projects and ensure on-time delivery of key business priorities.
Support GTM planning, partnerships, and customer initiatives with data-backed insights.
Assist in investor and stakeholder communication — metrics, updates, presentations.
Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
Lead special projects directly under the Founder’s mandate.

Who You Are

1–6 years of experience in consulting, founder’s office, strategy, VC, or startup growth roles.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Comfortable working with ambiguity, prioritizing fast, and owning outcomes.

Understanding of technology, AI, or SaaS business models is a plus

High curiosity, adaptability, and bias for action.

Proactive, experiment-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
