Key Responsibilities

• Manage H1B employees throughout the assignment lifecycle, from onboarding to redeployment.
• Monitor timesheet activity to ensure contractors work the maximum allowable hours.
• Partner with recruiters and account managers to identify open client roles for H1B consultants.
• Provide regular communication, support, and career guidance to H1B consultants.
• Coordinate redeployment efforts to minimize bench time and increase utilization across accounts.
• Maintain compliance with immigration regulations and internal policies related to H1B employment.
