About the Role : -

We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in building and maintaining automation solutions using Playwright with TypeScript / Java. As part of a service delivery team, you will be working across diverse client engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and contributing to test automation strategies tailored to each client’s needs. The role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to work in dynamic environments across multiple domains and projects.

Key Responsibilities : -

• Design, implement, and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Playwright with TypeScript / Java, aligned to client requirements.
• Develop and execute automated test suites for web applications, APIs, and integrations.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and QA teams to understand testing requirements.
• Participate in requirements analysis, test design, and test approach discussions during client engagements.
• Ensure automation scripts are scalable, reusable, and integrated with CI / CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Provide status updates and demo automation progress during client meetings and agile ceremonies.
• Log, track, and manage defects using client-specified tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Rally, etc.).
• Contribute to estimation, planning, and effort forecasting for automation tasks in client projects.
• Coordinate environment readiness with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth test execution.
• Design and implement a test data strategy to support automation testing across projects.
• Train and mentor junior team members on automation best practices when required.
• Continuously research and recommend new tools, frameworks, and accelerators to enhance test automation efficiency for client engagements.
