Role Overview

We are looking for young, passionate chefs with 1–2 years of experience in professional kitchens,(college graduates for appretices)particularly in tandoor, North Indian, and South Indian cooking. If you’re eager to grow your skills, experiment with flavors, and be part of an ambitious food venture, we’d love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes specializing in tandoor, North Indian, and South Indian cuisines.
  • Assist in menu execution while maintaining authentic taste and consistency.
  • Ensure hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness at all times.
  • Support senior chefs in daily operations and prep work.
  • Contribute ideas for menu development and improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of kitchen experience in Indian cuisine (tandoor, North Indian, South Indian).
  • Strong passion for cooking and willingness to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be a team player.
