Social Media & Influencer Marketing Intern

Location : Koramangala, Bangalore

Type : Internship (3 months)

Stipend : ₹5,000–₹10,000 / month (based on experience)

What You’ll Do

As a Social Media Marketing Intern , you’ll help us grow and scale our YouTube presence — from crafting thumb-stopping videos to optimizing content for reach, engagement, and conversions. You’ll also support our broader video marketing efforts across Shorts, TikTok, and other channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, script, and produce engaging YouTube videos that educate, entertain, or inspire
  • Edit long-form and short-form video content for maximum retention and shareability
  • Research YouTube trends, keywords, and competitors to identify viral opportunities
  • Create strong thumbnails, titles, and descriptions optimized for CTR and SEO
  • Manage the YouTube content calendar and ensure consistent posting cadence
  • Repurpose long-form videos into Shorts, Reels, and TikToks for multi-platform reach
  • Collaborate with designers, editors, and other creators to bring ideas to life
  • Analyze video performance metrics and continuously test new creative formats
  • Coordinate collaborations with creators or influencers to grow audience reach
  • Engage with comments and community posts to build a loyal subscriber base

You’ll Be a Great Fit If

  • You live and breathe YouTube — you study what works and why videos go viral
  • You have a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and audience retention
  • You understand YouTube analytics, SEO, and growth tactics
  • You can write catchy titles, hooks, and CTAs that convert viewers into subscribers
  • You’ve used AI tools (like ChatGPT or OpusClip) to ideate, script, or repurpose videos
  • You’re creative, organized, and can manage multiple projects and upload schedules

    • Bonus Points If You :

  • Have experience running or managing a meme / quote page or influencer profile
  • Have done influencer outreach before (internship, brand, side project)
  • Know tools like Notion, Canva, CapCut, or influencer search platforms
  • Can pitch creators and track campaign performance
