Description
We are seeking a Lead Service Cloud Developer with a strong Salesforce background to join our team.
As a Lead Service Cloud Developer, you will be at the forefront of ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through the development and implementation of Service Cloud solutions.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze system requirements
- Design, develop, and implement Service Cloud solutions to meet business needs
- Develop and maintain Apex triggers, classes, and controllers for customized functionality
- Create and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) for enhanced user experience
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using Integration Platforms and Salesforce CTI
- Perform thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure high-quality standards
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Ensure adherence to SDLC methodologies throughout the development process
- Stay up-to-date with emerging Salesforce technologies and trends
