Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and business growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in lead generation, client engagement, and closing business opportunities across IT services and solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong client-facing abilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and prospect new business opportunities through Sales Navigator, Upwork, and other platforms .
- Conduct product and service demos tailored to client requirements.
- Lead client meetings (virtual and in-person) , build strong relationships, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Prepare and submit proposals, apply for tenders , and participate in RFP / RFQ processes.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the technical team to design customised solutions for clients.
- Monitor market trends, analyse competitors, and recommend business growth strategies .
- Drive brand visibility through active networking and professional platforms.
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in IT / Technology services).Strong background in B2B lead generation via Navigator, freelancing portals (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.), and tender participation.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to independently handle client meetings and demos.Strong analytical and proposal writing skills.Understanding of IT solutions such as cloud, data engineering, AI, and digital consulting (preferred).What We Offer
