Job description

WWF India is looking for dynamic individuals with excellent communication and networking skills to join its telefundraising team.

  • Developing and leading campaigns : Creating campaigns to raise money and identifying potential donors
  • Cultivating donor relationships : Building relationships with donors and securing longterm donations
  • Promoting programs : Presenting an organizations programs to potential donors
  • Recruiting donors : Finding new donors and recruiting them to pledge money
  • Collecting and storing donor information : Gathering and storing donor information in a secure way
  • Upholding standards : Maintaining high standards of integrity and conduct

Requirements

  • Graduation is mandatory

    • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales / Marketing / NGO / Fundraising / Journalism / Banking / Relationship Management. Good working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint & MS Excel. Excellent written and oral communication skills and experience writing and designing donor communications. High target orientation and ability to deliver in a high-performance and high-pressure environment. Creative, positive, team player mindset with strong donor / client-servicing skills.
