Job Responsibilities

• Lead and execute a full‑stack refresh of Forescout NAC including hardware, OS, software, modules, plugins, and integrations
• Design, plan, and troubleshoot large‑scale Forescout architectures with High Availability, IP Reuse, and NAT
• Manage and guide remote engineers for Forescout 51xx/61xx appliance deployments
• Configure and troubleshoot iDRAC (OOB) on Forescout appliances
• Perform post‑upgrade troubleshooting on Forescout v8.4.1+ (preferably v9)
• Upgrade and support integrations with Cisco & Juniper switches, APIC, VPNs, Wireless Controllers, AD, ServiceNow, CrowdStrike, Forcepoint
• Reconfigure Console and CLI settings including HA resilience, policies, segments, control actions, load balancing, and performance tuning
• Define and execute regression and feature testing
• Create detailed implementation plans, risk assessments, and change requests
• Work closely with senior stakeholders and obtain CAB approvals
• Produce strong documentation and runbooks (Confluence preferred)
• Train and hand over upgraded systems to in‑life support teams
• Support production cutovers and troubleshooting during weekends / non‑trading hours
• Collaborate with UK stakeholders and work in UK time zone when required
