Job descriptionDefine system architecture integrating AI solutions with cloud and enterprise platforms. Ensure high standards of code quality, documentation, and reproducibility. Drive continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team. Bachelors / Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI / ML, with proven deployment of production systems. Strong expertise in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn) and ML frameworks (PyTorch, Deep knowledge of NLP, LLMs, and Generative AI. Experience with web frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, Django). Cloud expertise (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with hands-on deployment experience. Familiarity with SQL / NoSQL, Git, CI / CD, and containerization (Docker). Strong understanding of software engineering principles and MLOps practices. Exposure to Big Data tools (Apache Spark, Kafka, Kinesis). Experience with cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, Azure ML). Understanding of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).

About the Role
We are looking for a Lead Artificial Intelligence Engineer to drive the design and deployment of Generative AI and LLM-powered solutions. The role involves leading a team of AI Engineers and Data Scientists, building production-grade AI systems, and delivering real-world business impact through advanced machine learning and natural language technologies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of AI Engineers and Data Scientists, fostering innovation and technical excellence.
- Architect, design, and deploy Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
- Take end-to-end ownership of AI initiatives, from research and architecture to deployment and monitoring.
- Build scalable ML pipelines and production workflows aligned with MLOps best practices.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to align AI strategy with
organizational goals.
