Job description

Location : Pune(Onsite), Ahmedabad

Shift- Night Shift

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage a team of Recruiters, ensuring performance targets are consistently met
Drive end-to-end recruitment for US clients.
Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering quality candidates
Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members
Ensure adherence to SLAs, submission deadlines, and quality parameters
Monitor daily / weekly team performance and recruitment metrics
Stay updated with the latest recruitment tools, technologies, and market trends

Required Skills & Experience :

Minimum 5 years of experience in US Recruitment, with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role

Deep understanding of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099), visa classifications, and tax terms

Strong knowledge of job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS / CRM tools

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor high-performing recruitment teams

Proficiency in using Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) portals.

Working days : Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday fixed off)
