Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent, located in Mumbai. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting market research, managing transactions, and providing excellent customer service. Other responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of the real estate market, advising clients on property-related matters, and negotiating contracts to achieve successful closures.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
