Position : HR Manager

Location : Mumbai (In-office)

Experience : 4+ years

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations at our Mumbai office. This is a fully in-office role requiring ownership across Recruitment, Employee Efficiency Tracking, HR Generalist functions, and coordination with accounts for invoice and sales-related processes.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :

1) Recruitment & Talent Acquisition :

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for various functions including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaboration with the team leads to understanding hiring requirements and role specifications.

2) Efficiency Tracking & HR Analytics :

Qualifications & Skills :

1. 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in fast-paced or tech-driven organizations.

2. Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR policies, employee engagement, and generalist functions.

3. Experience in tracking employee efficiency and performance metrics.

4. Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and reporting tools.

5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

6. Ability to work independently in an in-office setup.
