Job descriptionStandardize recipes and production methods across cuisines and formats Ensure adherence to international food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, FSSAI) Conduct regular quality audits and taste panels to maintain excellence Manage a team of 100+ kitchen staff including chefs, supervisors, and support crew Drive training programs focused on hygiene, culinary skills, and operational discipline Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement Collaborate with procurement teams to source ingredients at optimal cost and quality Monitor inventory, wastage, and yield to maintain profitability Implement ERP systems for real-time tracking and reporting Liaise with logistics, supply chain, and outlet managers to ensure seamless distribution Partner with R&D and marketing teams for new product development and launches Represent the kitchen in meetings, audits, and strategic planning sessions

The Pizza Bakery, founded in 2017, brings the authentic flavors of Naples to India with 48-hour fermented sourdough, hand-stretched Napoli-style pizzas, and wood-fired cooking in a custom-built brick oven. Known for its dedication to preserving century-old European cooking methods, the restaurant uses premium ingredients from India and Europe to craft its dishes. Alongside its signature pizzas, The Pizza Bakery offers a range of authentic European dishes. The brand has expanded with multiple locations across Bangalore and Colombo, delivering a premium dining experience to its customers.
Location : Bengaluru
Experience Required : Minimum 12 years in large-scale food production, preferably with Compass Group, Taj SATS, or similar high-volume culinary environments
