Job Title : Technical Delivery Lead – BFSI | KYC & Compliance Platforms

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Lead with proven expertise in driving large-scale digital transformation, compliance, and regulatory technology programs within the Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) domain. The ideal candidate combines deep KYC / AML / Compliance knowledge with strong technical delivery leadership, hands-on experience in Java / .NET microservices, cloud platforms, and regulatory systems (AML / KYC / CDD / EDD).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of compliance technology initiatives, focusing on KYC / CDD, AML Transaction Monitoring, and Financial Crime Compliance platforms.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership in designing and implementing scalable solutions using .NET Core / Java microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
  • Drive modernization and transformation of KYC / AML platforms (e.g., Actimize, Mantas, Fenergo, Detica ), aligning with regulatory mandates.
  • Collaborate with business, compliance, and product stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements into scalable technology solutions.
  • Define and enforce delivery standards, governance, and best practices across multiple global teams and delivery centers.
  • Ensure scalability, resilience, and security of compliance platforms through cloud-native architectures (AWS / Azure / GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, CI / CD).
  • Mentor and build high-performing engineering teams, driving innovation, regulatory alignment, and operational excellence.
  • Oversee program execution, SLA adherence, and compliance reporting, ensuring readiness for regulatory audits.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 15+ years of IT experience , with at least 7+ years in delivery leadership roles within Banking / Financial Services.
  • Deep domain expertise in KYC, AML, CDD / EDD, Financial Crime Compliance, and Regulatory Technology platforms.
  • Proven technical expertise in Java or .NET Core microservices, API-led architecture, and distributed systems.
  • Hands-on experience with compliance technology platforms ( Actimize, Mantas, Fenergo, Detica / Norkom ).
  • Strong background in cloud adoption and DevOps (AWS / Azure / GCP, Docker / Kubernetes, CI / CD pipelines).
  • Excellent understanding of regulatory frameworks (AML, FCC, OCC, BSA / AML, GDPR, etc.).
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills , with experience presenting to senior leadership, regulators, and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multi-location delivery teams , global GCC / CoE models , and parallel complex programs.
