1) Leverage your experience to source and screen top talent using industry leading recruiting tools, Job portals and Social networking recruitment

2) Involved in end-to-end recruitment process for IT professionals across all levels and major IT skills.

3) Responsible for entire recruitment cycle right from searching / sourcing and screening resumes to short-listing candidates, coordinating, conducting interviews

4) Sourcing and shortlisting the resumes through job portals.

5) Scheduling interviews, briefing candidates before and after interviews.

6) Contacting candidates, following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline.

7) Candidate must have ability to handle pressure and work as per the given target.
