Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Chandigarh. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to students and potential clients, providing information on study abroad programs, and answering queries. The day-to-day tasks also include maintaining records of calls, scheduling appointments for counseling sessions, and following up with leads. The Telecaller will work closely with the counseling team and provide administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Customer Service and Telecalling
• Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
• Knowledge of international education programs and student visa processes
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Proficiency in operating phone systems and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Previous experience in the education industry is a plus
