Tool Administration - ScienceLogic

We are currently hiring for the role of Tool Administration at our offices in Chennai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad . Please find the job details below :

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years in IT monitoring / observability platforms, with at least 2+ years hands-on with ScienceLogic SL1 .
• Strong knowledge of :
• SL1 architecture, collectors, and PowerPacks
• SNMP, WMI, SSH, API-based data collection
• Event policies and escalation rules
• Dashboard / report creation in SL1
• Integration experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Expertise in tuning alerts and reducing noise.
• Familiarity with hybrid IT monitoring (On-prem, AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Hands-on scripting experience ( Python, PowerShell, Bash ) for automation.
• Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem).
• Knowledge of MariaDB troubleshooting and fixes .
