Systems Support Coordinator

Key Responsibilities :
- Support employees in adopting and effectively using the Loan Origination System (LOS), Loan Management System (LMS), and other internal tools.
- Resolve support tickets promptly to ensure smooth business operations.
- Handle user administration, including user management and access controls.
- Conduct user training and daily troubleshooting support.
- Demonstrate strong technical aptitude and self-learning abilities for new platforms.
