Accountant

Job Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive / Accountant to manage and oversee day-to-day accounting and financial tasks. The candidate will handle account management through Tally, prepare ledgers, assist in tax filing, and coordinate with the Chartered Accountant. The role also includes communication with vendors / clients via email and ensuring proper documentation of all financial activities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage accounts using Tally ERP software.
• Prepare ledgers, journal entries, and general entries .
• File Income Tax Returns (ITR) and assist in GST compliance.
• Prepare and maintain monthly CA files (Bills, Sales & Purchase records).
• Perform email follow-ups , handle complaints, and maintain professional communication.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices, vouchers, and receipts.
• Support in monthly / quarterly / annual financial closing .
• Assist in internal and statutory audits as required.
• Perform any other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned.
