- GBSU / REG Team deals with processes required to comply with various regional regulations in the OTC Derivatives space,for Ex. : DFA, EMIR, HKMA, MAS, MiFID Team carry out periodic post reporting controls to identify Regulatory reporting anomalies & rectify the issues in coordination with technology teams. In addition, team responsible to managedaily reporting activities for regulators.
Profile Required
Skill : Experience in regulatory reporting or Good Knowledge on OTC Derivatives products / capital market Experience : 1-5 yrs.
Operational ExcellenceProvide guidance / follow-up closely on complex issuesMonitor the production parameters on a daily basisIdentify short term production prioritiesDrive production efficienciesEnsure compliance / regulatory adherenceAddress internal / external auditsMonitor / Escalate reconciliation / reporting errors and incidentsEnsure reconciliation process is executed efficientlyChange ManagementContinuously identify and implement CI ideas thereby bringing in more efficiency across teamsContribute / Implement action items from strategic projects & implement organizational changesContribute to team's transformation initiativesIdentify and implement action items from transversal optimization projects / initiativesContribute and influence adoption of emerging technologies and best practicesIdentify and resolve medium to high-level issues.
