Administrative Business Partner

I’m looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to support day-to-day professional and administrative activities across my companies—Comet Web Solutions LLP, Comet Visa Consultants, and Techvater Pvt Ltd.

Responsibilities :

• Manage schedules, appointments, travel plans, and meetings
• Coordinate communication, emails, and follow-ups
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
• Assist in project coordination and internal workflow
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth daily operations
• Support during events, award functions, and business delegations
• Handle priority tasks across tech, visa consulting, and business operations
