Job descriptionBrainstorm multiple design concepts and define logical information structures and workflows. Create wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and user flows that communicate design ideas effectively. Build interactive prototypes and refine them based on feedback and usability testing. Design visually appealing and functional interfaces for web and mobile applications. Apply color theory, typography, spacing, and composition principles to achieve aesthetic and functional balance. Ensure design consistency through reusable components, style guides, and design systems. Deliver pixel-perfect layouts optimized for responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility. Work closely with developers for smooth design-to-development handoff. Collaborate with business users, product managers, and QA teams to ensure the final output meets design intent. Participate actively in SDLC phases to align design deliverables with project timelines. 3–6 years of proven experience as a UI / UX Designer for web or mobile products. Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and design thinking. Good understanding of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and responsive design frameworks. Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and accessibility (WCAG) standards. Excellent communication skills — able to articulate ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong visualization, ideation, and storytelling abilities. Keen eye for detail and consistency across layouts and components. Awareness of AI-powered design tools (e.g., Replit, ChatGPT, Galileo AI, Uizard, Midjourney) is an added advantage. Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile workflows. Familiarity with front-end technologies (React, Angular, or .NET) for collaboration with development teams. Knowledge of RESTful API design patterns and SEO-friendly UI practices. Prior experience designing enterprise applications or business dashboards. Analytical thinker with creative problem-solving skills. Passion for usability, minimalism, and visual clarity. Adaptability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments. Continuous learner with curiosity for new design trends and emerging tools. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, HCI, Visual Communication, or related field. Professional certification in UI / UX Design or Design Thinking preferred.
