Yaazhtech is seeking an experienced Functional Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging business needs and technical solutions within an Agile framework.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and formalize functional requirements from users and stakeholders.
- Write clear, structured, and comprehensive functional specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables align with business needs.
- Participate in backlog management and request prioritization.
- Collaborate closely with development, testing, and business teams.
- Support change management initiatives and user training.
Skills & Experience
Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and tools ( Jira , Confluence ).Agile : Minimum 15 years of experienceConfluence : Minimum 10 years of experienceJira : Minimum 10 years of experienceProven experience working on complex projects in an Agile environment.Ability to design functional models and business processes .Sound understanding of technical architectures and software development constraints .Excellent analytical, writing, and summarizing skills .Good understanding of public sector services is a plus.Soft Skills
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.Autonomous yet highly collaborative.Strong sense of prioritization and results orientation.Adaptable to project changes and evolving requirements.Additional Information
Languages : Proficiency in French and technical English required.Availability : 2 days per week on-site (hybrid model), flexible based on project needs.Domain Knowledge : Familiarity with the education sector in Belgium is an asset.Skills Required
