Oracle Fusion / SCM Functional Consultant

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with expertise in Order Management, RMA, and related functional configurations.

The ideal candidate should have strong skills in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and the ability to design, configure, and optimize end-to-end order management processes in a SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform functional setups and configurations for Order Management and RMA processes in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
• Define, configure, and optimize orchestration flows to ensure efficient order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver functional solutions.
• Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and evaluate solution feasibility for business needs.
• Configure and manage subscription management, warranty setups, and installed base configurations.
• Support product lifecycle management through effective installed base setup and monitoring.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance.
