As the Product Marketing Manager , you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's growth and success by collaborating with senior leadership, product management, sales, and the marketing team to develop effective marketing and branding strategies for existing and new products. Your responsibilities will include leading a mix of product marketing and marketing communications initiatives. We are an early-stage tech company, and being comfortable with uncertainty and a willingness to take ownership and intensely collaborate is essential.

- Product Marketing
- Messaging and value proposition refinement
- Sales support, enablement and collateral development
- Content creation & curation
- Performance Marketing
- Lead generation campaigns for Enterprise customers in Industrial, Agriculture, Logistics and other verticals
- Lead generation campaigns for Value Added Resellers and Managed Service Provides focused on Industrial, Agriculture, Logistics and other verticals.

- Take charge of managing and mentoring the Marketing team to achieve departmental goals and drive business success.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Engineering to translate product and market feedback into a customer value proposition and collateral.
- Support partner and channel activities with product information, presentations, white papers and use cases.
- Attend conventions, conferences, and trade shows, including the preparation of engaging displays and collateral as needed. Provide post-event reports and analysis to further refine GXC’s marketing approach.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Familiarity with 4G, LTE and 5G cellular technology and Enterprise WiFi networking is absolutely essentialExpertise in defining the attributes of a compelling website and managing the website development to create outstanding experiences for visitors and invaluable insights internallyDeep understanding of how to apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) to accelerate marketing content and lead generationA self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude and a comfort level with uncertainty.A hunger to learn and execute whatever is necessary to succeedA strong bias towards collaboration and actionSuccess with enterprise lead generations and go-to-market activitiesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.Bachelor's degree in related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience5+ years of Product Management experience; with a track record of delivering innovative, user-centric products
