We are currently looking for Solution / Technical Consultants and Senior Solution / Technical Consultants with 3 –8 years of hands-on experience in Varicent (formerly IBM ICM) to join our dynamic team.

We specialize in Sales Performance Management (SPM) , empowering global enterprises to unlock growth through innovative compensation solutions. Our clients range from high-growth startups to Fortune 500 companies across the US, UK, and Canada.

Role Overview

As a Varicent Consultant, you’ll lead full-cycle implementations — from requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support. You’ll work across key Varicent modules, handle data imports, create reports, design workflows, and collaborate with both internal teams and international clients.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end Varicent solution implementations

Configure modules : Data Import, Calculations, Reporting, Web Forms, Workflow

Conduct testing (unit, QA, UAT)

Support production deployment and issue resolution

Prepare technical documentation

Communicate with global clients

️ Skills & Qualifications

3–8 years of Varicent / IBM ICM implementation experience

Strong SQL & ETL / data transformation skills

Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills

Proven ability to manage tasks independently in fast-paced settings
