Educational Background :

B. Tech / M. Tech. / M. Pharm. / M. Sc. / MBA degree or equivalent.

Preferred :

Min. 10 years of experience in implementation, assessments & building transformational programs in accordance with the philosophy of Global Business Excellence Models such as MBNQA, EFQM, SHINGO & other successful frameworks.

8-10 Years experience in implementation of Lean Sigma Projects.

Hands on experience in managing Digital Transformation Programs across Organizations.

Technical Skills :

Experience in Deployment of Business Excellence Models at an Organization level.

Demonstrated Problem Solving capabilities (such as Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) across All Functions of the Organization.

Experience in Digital Transformation, Analytics, AI, IoT, etc.

We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manager to join our Biocon Team. Biocon Group - Centre of Excellence is a hub for innovation and excellence, driving impactful initiatives in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of Business Excellence principles (e.G. MBNQA & EFQM), Lean Six Sigma and good practical understanding of Tools for Digital Transformation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, spread across the Globe to identify business needs, design solutions, and drive change.
