About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Python AI / ML Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, data modeling, and AI technologies. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable AI / ML solutions that address complex business problems and enhance decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable Python-based applications with a focus on AI / ML integration
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Integrate pre-trained AI models and build custom ML workflows using frameworks such as PyTorch , TensorFlow , Scikit-learn
  • Utilize OpenAI , Hugging Face Transformers , LangChain , Azure AI , or other APIs to build intelligent features
  • Optimize performance of ML pipelines and ensure security, scalability, and robustness
  • Collaborate with data scientists, product owners, and DevOps teams for full lifecycle development

Qualifications

  • 5+ Years of experience
  • Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days is preferred only
  • Location : Bangalore, India

    • Required Skills

  • 4+ years of Python development experience in enterprise environments
  • Experience working with AI / ML APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, Google Vertex AI, Azure AI)
  • Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, model deployment, and REST API integration
  • Hands-on with frameworks like FastAPI or Flask for serving models
  • Exposure to L angChain, RAG-based architectures, or LLM fine-tuning
  • Experience with data handling libraries : Pandas, NumPy, SQLAlchemy
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerized deployment (Docker, Kubernetes)

    • Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB)
  • Experience with CI / CD, Git, and agile development
  • Prior experience in Banking, Capital Markets, or Risk / Compliance AI solutions.
