Assistant Manager-Social Media-Fashion

Job Description :

Create Educational and inspirational Fashion-forward content : - Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality video content for Fashion.

Ensure content aligns with the brand voice and resonates with our audience.

Calendar planning of hero hub and hygiene content.

Ensuring qualitative posts across various mediums such as reels carousels statics.

Create assets that are focussed on brand positioning to play up features on the app and web platform.

Strategy & Execution : - Design and implement content strategies that drive engagement and growth for the Fashion vertical.

Plan and execute key sales events and promotional campaigns.

Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.

Project Management : Oversee the content production process from ideation to publication.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Marketing Social Media and Shoot & Production to ensure timely and effective content delivery.

Manage budgets and timelines for content projects and events.

Leadership : - Lead a team of content creators and coordinators providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.

Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. -

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure we remain at the forefront of beauty and fashion content.

Sales & Event Management : - Strategize and execute plans for sales events and key promotional activities. -

Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue through effective content and event strategies. -

Monitor the success of events and campaigns providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement.
