Skills & Responsibilities

Must Have

  • Product Lifecycle Management : Ability to own a portion of the product lifecycle for core platforms.
  • Requirement Translation : Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams for timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Technical Familiarity : Comfortable working with APIs, Jira, & Figma.
  • Agile Proficiency : Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Nice to Have

  • Domain Understanding : Knowledge of the Lending ecosystem to design tailored LOS features.
  • Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with lending regulations during product development.

    • Education

  • Minimum : Bachelor's in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Nice-to-have : MBA / PGDM with a tech background from a reputed business school.

    • Experience & Background

  • Total Full-Time Work Experience : 1–4 years.
  • Prior Experience :
  • Experience as a PM Intern, Business Analyst, or in a Product Associate / Analyst role.
  • Industry experience in Fintech, Banking, SaaS / PaaS products with experience in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) or Supply Chain Finance (SCF) or Loan Management System (LMS)

    • Location & Work Arrangement

  • Location : Navi Mumbai (Millennium Business Park)
  • Work Arrangement : This is a 5 Day work-from-office role.
