Job are seeking a highly motivated Research Analyst with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Research Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to derive actionable insights, conduct detailed research, and help drive data-informed decision-making within our organization. Key Conduct in-depth research (Primary & Secondary) and analysis in AI / ML applications for business and industry-specific solutions.

• Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive decision-making predict increases in RTO, escalation cases, and traffic metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business problems and apply AI / ML techniques for solutions.
• Assist in designing AI-driven business strategies and process improvements.
• Evaluate and implement AI models and ML algorithms to enhance operational efficiency.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations based on data-driven insights.
• Stay updated with the latest AI, ML, and data analytics trends and suggest innovative solutions.
• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions.

Required Skills & Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Analytics, AI, ML, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field from IIT, NIT, or IIM.

Preferred Certifications in Business Analytics, AI, or ML from reputed institutions like IIT.
