Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and support issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing effective solutions.
- Meet performance targets and adhere to quality standards.
Requirements :
2 months to 2 years of experience in a BPO or customer service role.Excellent verbal communication skills in English.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.Willingness to work in the 1 PM to 10 PM shift.Positive attitude and customer-first approach.What We Offer : Permanent employment with growth opportunities.
