IT bid procurement manager

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end procurement processes for IT Hardware, Software, and Networking equipment.

Build and maintain strong relationships with global OEMs and technology vendors.

Lead and coordinate bidding processes , including RFP / RFQ preparation, submission, and evaluation .

Negotiate pricing, terms, and service-level agreements directly with OEMs and strategic partners.

Handle procurement of IT Services such as Implementation, Installation, training, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and warranty extensions .

Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and external regulatory requirements.

Candidate should strong in negotiation better terms and conditions with Legal Contracts and Agreements.

Utilize SAP Ariba for sourcing, contract management, and supplier collaboration.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, and Legal to align procurement strategies with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, Business, or related field.

5–7 years of relevant experience in IT Procurement within globally reputed organizations.

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure , including hardware, software licensing, and networking.

Proven experience in negotiation and vendor management .

Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba or similar procurement platforms.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
