Customer Service Representative

As a Multilingual Customer Service Representative (Portuguese / Polish / Finnish), you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries across calls, chats, and emails. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer requests while maintaining a high level of service in your respective language.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle customer queries across phone, chat, and email in Portuguese, Polish, or Finnish.

Assist customers with order-related issues, including status updates, returns, and modifications.

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.

Explain ongoing offers, discounts, and promotions clearly.

Maintain a deep understanding of global geography and market dynamics.

Exhibit empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills in every interaction.

Demonstrate excellent multitasking and navigation skills across systems.

Participate in team discussions to share insights and improve processes.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce sector.

Proficiency in Portuguese, Polish, or Finnish (spoken and written).

Familiar with e-commerce logistics and platforms like Amazon and eBay.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Positive attitude, adaptability, and a team-first mindset.
