Lead Ecommerce Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our ecommerce reporting and analytics efforts.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly ecommerce performance reports using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and similar tools.
• Create user-friendly dashboards in tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI to visualize key performance metrics.
• Integrate and analyze data from platforms like Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
• Develop and manage systems for data storage and organization using tools like BigQuery, Snowflake, or AWS.
• Automate reporting processes using scripts and APIs to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.

About You :

• An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Goal-oriented with a strong focus on driving measurable results aligned with business objectives.
• Action-oriented taking initiative to turn insights into execution and moving projects forward with urgency and ownership.

Requirements :

• 4-5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering roles.
• Direct experience with ecommerce analytics from platforms like Amazon Seller Central and Shopify.
• Proficient in building automated reports and dashboards using tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, SQL, and Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication skills able to explain data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
