Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and execute end-to-end sourcing processes for IT Professional Services.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential new suppliers, assess their capabilities, and leverage competitive intelligence to drive value.
• Successfully negotiate complex contracts and commercial terms with Tier 1 IT Service Integrators (Big Tech SI firms) such as Accenture, Wipro, TCS, , IBM, Capgemini and other strategic partners.
• Drive cost savings and value creation through strategic sourcing, supplier rationalization, and performance management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the IT sourcing lifecycle.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sourcing strategies and best practices.

The Successful Applicant

Required Skills and Experience :

• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in IT Sourcing or Procurement, specifically manage large-scale Request for (RFPs) for IT Services referencing in Hyderabad, India, ensuring alignment with business needs and cost-efficiency targets.
• Demonstrable experience in successfully managing IT Services RFP processes, with direct involvement in establishing supplier panels or referencing agreements, particularly for services delivered from Hyderabad, India.
• Full understanding of different IT services engagement model
• Proven expertise in negotiating with major Tier 1 IT Service providers (Big Tech SI).
• In-depth knowledge of the IT Services vendor landscape in Hyderabad and its surrounding areas, including market trends, pricing benchmarks, and supplier capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• High proficiency in contract management and legal aspects of IT services procurement.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Fluent in English.

RDesired Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) are a plus.
• Experience with e-sourcing platforms and procurement tools.
