Experience required in Precision Engineering

Responsibilities

Oversee daily shop floor operations to ensure smooth production flow.

Implement and maintain robust QA / QC systems to meet precision engineering standards.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, planning, and quality control.

Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of output.

Optimize resource utilization and reduce operational costs.

Lead and mentor production staff to maintain high performance and discipline.

Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering field

12+ years of production experience
