Job Opening : HR Senior Executive / HR Manager

Location : New Delhi

Working Days : 6 days (Monday to Saturday)

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR professional with strong communication skills, practical HR expertise, and a proactive approach to people and process management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement.
• Manage payroll computation and ensure compliance with PF, ESI, and statutory norms .
• Draft and maintain SOPs, HR policies, offer letters, and internal process documents .
• Coordinate and execute the annual performance assessment process .
• Support recruitment and shortlisting of candidates through clear and effective communication.
