Overview :
We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead and drive business growth in the Agri Business segment, focusing on Working Capital, Trade Finance, Structured Trade Finance, Warehouse Finance, and Agri Commodities . The role demands strong industry knowledge, a deep regional network, and the ability to manage high-value portfolios and teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source business from Agri enterprises such as rice mills, flour mills, and other agro-processors.
- Leverage existing networks and build strong connections within the assigned region to generate business opportunities.
- Offer customized working capital and trade finance solutions tailored to agri commodity businesses.
- Deploy the company's Agri Enterprises Network Model effectively in the designated area.
- Collaborate with channel partners such as DSAs, Chartered Accountants, and others to generate leads.
- Present and explain the company's business model to agro-processors and identify appropriate financial solutions.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing advisory and professional support.
- Assess client needs proactively, ensuring portfolio quality and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor client financials, analyze performance, and recommend growth or risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of relationship objectives.
- Cross-sell additional company products and services to existing customers.
- Manage and drive business growth with a regional target of ₹500 Cr portfolio.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Relationship Managers to achieve business goals.
Required Knowledge and Experience :
In-depth understanding of Working Capital, Trade Finance, Structured Trade Finance, Warehouse Finance, and Agri Value Chain.Proven experience in sourcing and managing Agri Business clients.Strong financial acumen and understanding of RBI guidelines and relevant compliance norms.Experience in credit assessment and monitoring of customer financial statements.Familiarity with Agri Commodities, Agri Enterprises, and Trade Funding models.Ability to build relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.Prior experience as a Key Account Manager will be an added advantage.Skills :
