Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant located in Malappuram. The Property Consultant will play a key role in facilitating property sales, building strong client relationships, and assisting customers in finding their ideal properties. Responsibilities include providing detailed property information, conducting site visits, addressing client inquiries, negotiating deals, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close property deals effectively
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to analyze client needs and recommend solutions
• Proficiency in market trends analysis and property valuation
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Previous experience in real estate or a related field is advantageous
• Preferably a bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field
• Familiarity with the Malappuram real estate market is a plus
