Role Description

This is a full-time position for an Inside Sales Expert at Clinderma. The role involves owning the customer sales journey end-to-end — from engaging inbound leads to converting them into satisfied, long-term clients. You will be responsible for understanding customer concerns, presenting customized skincare solutions, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the consultation and treatment process.

The Inside Sales Expert will be expected to manage a sales pipeline, consistently meet monthly targets, and build lasting relationships through trust, empathy, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and CRM-based follow-ups.

Understand customer skin concerns and provide personalized solution guidance.

Clearly explain Clinderma's treatment approach and dermatologist-led process.

Convert qualified leads into paying customers through consultative selling.

Maintain accurate records and follow-ups to drive strong pipeline management.

Collaborate with the medical and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through ongoing relationship building.

Qualifications

Proven proficiency in Inside Sales with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.

Strong relationship-building and consultative selling abilities.

Experience in Lead Generation, Sales Conversion, and Pipeline / CRM Management.

Excellent customer service and objection-handling skills.

Exceptional spoken communication and interpersonal confidence.

Ability to work independently, stay organized.

Experience in skincare, dermatology, wellness, beauty, or healthcare is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare or a related field is preferred.
