This involves reviewing account histories, analyzing payment patterns, and tracking delinquent accounts to ensure timely intervention.Development of Repayment Plans :Develop and implement effective repayment plans tailored to each Member's financial situation. The objective is to ensure that repayment terms are clear, achievable, and agreed upon by both parties, while helping Members settle their outstanding dues in a structured manner.Regular Follow-Up on Overdue Accounts :Proactively follow up with Members who have overdue payments, ensuring consistent communication and reminding them of their obligations. Follow-up actions will include sending payment reminders via phone calls, emails, and letters, and resolving any issues that may delay repayment.Monitoring Monthly Payments :Oversee the timely and accurate processing of all monthly payments from OD Members. This requires keeping track of payments due, ensuring that all payments are recorded, and addressing any discrepancies in a prompt and efficient manner.Implementing Effective Collection Techniques :Research and implement effective debt collection techniques and best practices that comply with legal requirements and company policies. These techniques should maximize recovery while maintaining positive customer relationships.Handling Member Queries :Respond to all Member account queries promptly and professionally. This involves addressing concerns regarding balances, payment schedules, or disputes, and providing clear, well-explained responses to ensure customer satisfaction.Target Orientation :Maintain a target-oriented approach by consistently meeting or exceeding debt recovery goals. This will require strong time management skills, tracking individual and team performance, and reporting on progress toward meeting collection targets.Skills Required
