Job descriptionExcellent communication skills, especially able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders Strong collaboration and team-building abilities Experience in conflict resolution, negotiation, and motivating diverse teams Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and facilitating technical and non-technical meetings High emotional intelligence and adaptability in dynamic environments Proven experience with enterprise networking technologies including routers and switches Strong understanding of LAN / WAN architecture Demonstrated knowledge of datacenter infrastructure, including cabling and rack design Familiarity with cloud networking, especially Azure, Google Cloud, and Oracle Cloud Ability to lead troubleshooting efforts for complex network issues and coordinate resolution across teams Vendor management skills, tracking deliverables, ensuring high-quality and timely deliveries Bachelor’s degree : Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or other related field Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (desirable) CCNA / CCNP or equivalent networking certifications (desirable)
Job description for Network TPM
Experience : 6-8 yrs
PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS
- Demonstrated success in leading technical projects from initiation to delivery across cross-functional teams
- Proficient in project scheduling, resource allocation, and milestone tracking using tools like Jira Plan and Smartsheets
- Strong grasp of project finance, including budgeting, cost control, project spending, accruals with tools such as PowerBI and Clarity
- Skilled in risk management, change control, and stakeholder reporting
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic environment
- Manage risks and issues within tight delivery schedules
