Responsibilities :
Provide day-to-day on-site and remote support to employees via walk-ups, tickets, and chat.
Provide hardware / software support, troubleshooting, and break-fixes on Macs and PCs
Provide support for common ITOps services like MDM (JAMF), AntiVirus (Sophos), G-Suite, Slack, Okta, System Vulnerability Management etc
Record, track and maintain IT asset inventory in the asset management system.
Participate in Asset Management audits and remediation efforts.
Purchase and acquisition of laptops, peripherals, and other electronics for office personnel.
Install and configure software and hardware.
Operate with a security-first mentality
Collaborate with the Operations team on key IT projects and initiatives
Requirements : -
Experience with administration the technologies such as Google Workspace, Slack, Antivirus (Sophos), VPN, DLP (Zscaler), MDM (JamF), SSO (Okta), Confluence / JIRA and Cisco Meraki.
Advanced Troubleshooting of Mac OS and MS Windows, Security Policies and Procedures.
Experience with macOS and Windows operating systems and advanced Troubleshooting of Mac OS.
Good understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
Organized and excellent at time management
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills.
Networking experience a plus
