We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead strategic marketplace alliances and partnerships. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing brand partnerships for marketplace listings, developing end-to-end strategies to grow marketplace revenues and category presence, and leading a team to drive high-impact outcomes. This role requires strong negotiation skills, commercial acumen, and experience in managing partnership-driven growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard relevant brands and partners for listing on the marketplace.
Build long-term, high-value strategic relationships with brand partners to strengthen marketplace offerings and enhance customer value.
Ensure smooth onboarding, integration, and performance tracking for partner brands.
Own and execute end-to-end strategy to scale the marketplace revenue, brand mix, and category expansion.
Drive data-led decision-making to improve marketplace performance, optimize pricing, and enhance customer experience.
Develop partnership models, commercial agreements, and revenue strategies.
Lead and mentor a team manager. Set clear KPIs, performance metrics, and operating processes.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
Own business targets, revenue forecasting, and growth achievement.
Present performance dashboards, insights, and updates to leadership.
Requirements :
8–12 years of experience in alliances, partnership management, or marketplace growth roles (B2B / B2C / e-commerce / marketplace background preferred).
Strong understanding of partnership frameworks, negotiations, and revenue models.
Proven success in scaling partnerships and delivering measurable business growth.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in leading teams and driving high-performance culture.
