• Provide hands-on technical guidance to development teams, driving best practices in coding, design patterns, and system implementation.
• Champion innovation by exploring and implementing new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural blueprints.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high code quality and consistency across teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in our development processes and technical stack.
