Role Overview
We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish & English) Customer Support & Sales Professional to join our International Voice team.
You will engage with US and Latin American customers via inbound and outbound calls, provide exceptional service, and drive sales conversions—primarily within the auto-parts domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in both Spanish and English.
- Quickly learn and support the auto-parts sales process .
- Deliver excellent customer service, address queries, and promote sales.
- Guide customers through secure online payment procedures.
- Meet performance metrics for quality, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Fluent in Spanish and English —spoken and written.Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process (customer service or sales).Strong English communication skills with a neutral or US accent .Willingness to work night shifts (Monday–Friday) .Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 15 days' notice are preferred.Compensation & Benefits
