Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls from international (US) customers related to healthcare services
- Provide accurate and efficient resolutions to queries
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to call quality standards
- Update and document client interactions in the system
- Follow all compliance and data security regulations (HIPAA guidelines preferred)
