SAP VIM Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2 / L3 support for SAP OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) in an S / 4HANA or ECC landscape.

Triage and resolve tickets across the invoice lifecycle (DP, DPV, PO / Non-PO, exception handling, approvals / workflows).

Coordinate and execute business testing (SIT / UAT), prepare test evidence, and assist with cutover / hypercare.

Analyse recurring issues, propose fixes / improvements, and create knowledge base / How-To guides.

Collaborate with FI / MM teams, Basis, and business stakeholders to keep processes stable and compliant.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP OpenText VIM support.

Working knowledge of FI-AP, MM-IV, release strategies / workflows, and common VIM exceptions.

Exposure to OCR / ICR, DP Doc Types, validation / substitution, and basic customizing is a plus.

Strong communication, ticket handling, and coordination skills.
